Payment 
Please pay by bank transfer and make payment no later than the day prior to your appointment.  If booking block appointments full payment will be required at point of booking.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment with 48 hours notice there will be no charge. 

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice 50% fee will be charged.
