I am personally invested in my desire and motivation to support others. 

I  am here to coach and  guide you to understand and self-regulate your emotions. 

We will practise a holistic approach to the connections between mind, body and physical health.   Identifying what  is important to you and areas in your life  you would  like to improve

Working together to find, strengthen and expand your existing mindfulness resources.  

This is a collaborative way of working,  with you at the heart of every conversation. 

The sessions are developed to enable you to feel safe to express your emotions, to build your own emotional awareness and build on your inner resilience. 

Our sessions are trauma informed, considering the biology of stress and the impact trauma has on our body's ability to reduce the physical symptoms of stress.

Each session ends with reflection and a short relaxation exercise.
